This morning I felt awful and didn't know why. I went to the espresso bar for a pick me up but got more than a caffeine buzz.* The people at the coffee machine are cool, not like the knuckleheads in my office. After a few minutes of good old-fashion bantering I realized that I physically felt better. It's amazing how that works.
* I know I'm not supposed to have a lot of caffeine and I am trying to ween myself.

People making coffee are better then people in military....hmmm....I am shocked....okay, not really. Now lay off the buzz mom :-)
