The cleanse has been called off, I ate two whole wheat quesadillas for lunch. Yago called "fed up" with the diet and we decided we'd try to incorporate portions of the cleanse in to our daily lives but the whole thing was too restrictive.
Vegan is difficult but add to that no sugar or wheat and it's too much. I'm tofued out.
