they do something right

So there is ONE thing I like about W-mart, their site-to-store shipping. It's free and if you're not in a hurry it's great. Why can't all stores do that? I purchase whatever item that they don't have in stock online and then they send it to a local store of my choosing. They're sending trucks full of merchandise anyway, so they add the item I've paid for to the load then send me an email when it gets to the store.

I wish more stores would offer that option.
