i did it

I knew I would and last night I finally did it. I used the R word in front of my neighbor while telling a story. It happened just how I thought it would, after a few drinks and telling a story about how dumb I am. I couldn't tell what her reaction was but I feel very bad. I truly am dumb.

I'm assuming there's a child somewhere in the back story?

If it is still bugging you go apologize. Tell her you are trying to avoid that word, but its a habit you have had to work at breaking and you're sorry she had to hear it.

If it helps - I catch myself still using the R-word....and I have been trying really hard to avoid it.
